The theme for this event was Breaking The Glass Ceiling which drew attention to the very low levels of women participation in Senior Leadership roles in Corporate Nigeria and raised conversations around ways in which organisations can increase the participation of women in these roles.
We had an impressive duo of guest speakers participating as panelists at the event;
- Mrs Bola Adesola (MD at Standard Chartered Bank)
- Mrs Ife Fashola (CEO at Kadari Capital)
Event Highlights:
The event was flagged off with a welcome speech by Akanimo Ekong followed with an Ice breaker session facilitated by Abiola Alawoya. Next, Michael Thomas introduced the topic of discussion and panelists / guest speakers for the day.
This was followed by a highly interactive panel session and then the closing remarks from the Group CEO Kunle Malomo.
